Introducing Desiring God's Philippian Fellowship!

Pray for DG Staff Bill Walsh, Lukas Naugle, and Abraham Piper who will be traveling to Pakistan on Friday, November 25th for two weeks. They will be helping to build emergency shelters for victims of the recent earthquake in preparation for the harsh winter season.

Our radio program, “Desiring God,” will air every weekday at 2 PM on 90.9 FM KCBI in Dallas/Ft. Worth beginning Monday, November 21, 2005.

John Piper and Bob Allen completed a series of interview sessions for the radio program.

On November 1st, Desiring God Radio begins airing on 90.9-FM KCBI in Dallas, TX, at 2:00 pm M-F. More than 23,000 listeners tune in to KCBI at 2 PM during the course of a week’more than any other Dallas station that broadcasts Christian teaching. Thank you to all who donated to help make this happen!

HCJB World Radio is now broadcasting the “Desiring God” radio program via shortwave into large parts of Asia from its transmitter station in Australia.

Desiring God hosts 3rd annual National Conference. This year’s theme: "Suffering & the Sovereignty of God."

John will be taking his annual four-week writing leave in April. There are a number of book projects he’s hoping

  to complete. Pray that God will meet him powerfully.
